Terms of Service

Effective date: September 14, 2026. Trash Day Valet, Montclair, Virginia.

1. What the service is
Trash Day Valet provides a residential can-to-curb convenience service. On your scheduled collection days we move your designated trash and recycling containers from their agreed storage location to the curb before collection and return them to that location after collection. Trash Day Valet is not a waste collection or trash-hauling company. We do not collect, transport, or dispose of waste. Waste removal remains the responsibility of your existing waste provider.

2. Eligibility and service area
Service is available only at addresses within an active Trash Day Valet route. Availability shown by the address checker is confirmed when your account is set up. We may decline or discontinue service at an address we cannot safely or practically serve.

3. Subscription and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Wix Payments and renew automatically until canceled. Plan prices are shown at checkout. The Founding Member plan is an introductory rate limited to the first 50 residential subscribers. Standard pricing may change with advance notice by email. Service is not provided while a subscription is unpaid.

4. Required service setup
Before your first service you must complete service setup in your account: service address, collection days, number and location of containers, gate and animal information, and access instructions. We may delay or decline service until setup is complete and accurate. You are responsible for keeping this information current.

5. What is included
Each residential plan includes weekly curb-out and curb-return of up to two (2) designated containers on your regular collection schedule. Additional containers, yard-waste containers, bulk items, and special requests are not included unless added as a separate service.

6. Property access authorization
By subscribing you authorize Trash Day Valet employees and contractors to enter the exterior areas of the property necessary to retrieve and return your containers at reasonable times on scheduled service days. Our personnel do not enter the interior living area of any home or enclosed structure. You are responsible for providing safe, lawful exterior access and for having the authority to grant it. Gate codes and access instructions are stored privately and used only to perform the service.

7. Animals and safety
You must disclose animals that may be present in the exterior service area and keep animals that could interfere with safe service secured during expected service windows. Our personnel may skip a stop when an animal, a locked gate, blocked access, or another unsafe condition prevents safe service.

8. Missed or incomplete service
If we are unable to complete a scheduled service for reasons within our control, contact us promptly and we will work to make it right. We are not responsible for a missed collection by your waste provider, for containers not placed in the designated location, or for containers placed at the curb by others.

9. Weather, holidays, and schedule changes
Employee and public safety take priority. Service may be delayed, modified, or skipped during dangerous weather. We attempt to follow published holiday schedule changes; customers using private haulers must notify us of schedule changes through their account.

10. Pausing service
You may request a pause through your account. A pause request does not automatically change billing. We will confirm any account or billing change in writing.

11. Cancellation
You may cancel through your account at any time, subject to the plan terms shown at checkout. We may cancel service with notice for non-payment, unsafe conditions, abuse of personnel, or inability to serve the address.

12. Customer-provided information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Inaccurate information may result in incomplete service.

13. Limitation of service scope and liability
Our service is limited to moving your designated containers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for events outside our control.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in your account before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
