What does Trash Day Valet do?
Trash Day Valet moves your designated trash and recycling cans from their normal storage location to the curb before collection and returns them afterward.
Do you take my trash away?
No. Your existing trash company still empties the cans. We simply move them to and from the curb.
Do I need to be home?
No.
How many cans are included?
The standard residential service includes up to two designated cans.
Will you enter my home?
No. Employees only access approved exterior portions of the property necessary to retrieve and return cans.
Can you enter my fenced backyard?
Only if authorized by the customer and safe access is available.
What if I have a dog?
Customers must disclose animals that may be present in service areas. Animals that could interfere with safe service should be secured.
What happens if my gate is locked?
If the technician cannot safely access the cans, the service may be marked unable to complete.
What happens on holidays?
Trash Day Valet will attempt to follow known collection schedule changes. Customers using private haulers should notify us of unusual changes.
What happens during bad weather?
Employee and public safety take priority. Service may be delayed or modified during dangerous weather.
Do you clean trash cans?
Not currently. Trash-can cleaning may be offered as a future add-on.
Can I cancel?
Customers may cancel subject to the applicable subscription terms.
Can I pause service?
Customers can submit a pause request from their account.
What if my pickup day changes?
Update Trash Day Valet through your customer account as soon as possible.
Do you offer HOA service?
Yes. HOA and property-management organizations may request a custom proposal.
How is billing handled?
Your plan renews automatically each month through Wix Payments. You can view billing history and manage your payment method from your account.
Is my address and gate information kept private?
Yes. Service addresses, access instructions, and gate codes are stored in a private database visible only to authorized Trash Day Valet staff. They are never displayed publicly.
Is Trash Day Valet a waste company?
No. Trash Day Valet is not a waste collection or trash-hauling company. We move customer-owned or customer-assigned waste and recycling containers between their designated storage location and collection point. Waste removal remains the responsibility of your existing waste provider.
